Gallery exhibition poster 2022

A selection of my work is on show at the City art gallery, Southampton, UK. The pictures are to be seen at the entrance and I will be painting in the main hall most days during the event, which starts on the 9th April and finishes 4th June. Southampton City Art Gallery, Commercial Road, Southampton SO14 7LP

New Forest Open Art Exhibition 2014

I currently have a picture of mine exhibited in the New Forest Open Art Exhibition. The theme was the New Forest (Hampshire, UK) and the painting shows a horse standing in an avenue of trees on a sunny day. It is called 'Horse in the New Forest'.
The painting is done in oils on an acrylic base of muted dark colours. Underneath that is a red ground surface. It measures 20" x 16".
The exhibition is held from the 26th July until the 30th August at the New Forest Centre, Lyndhurst.
The image shows my self on the preview evening on the 24th standing next to the painting.
