Horse in New Forest
This painting shows a brown horse in
the New Forest, Hampshire. It is based on a number of photographs
taken during spring at that location. The horse was not there but was
added to the composition from another photograph taken on the same
day. It is painted in oils on an acrylic base, the canvas being sized
at 16” x 20”. The painting took a few days to do, being completed
early June 2014.

Another glorious work of art, Martin. I think the thing about your painting is you always take me to a place that is familiar and that i'd love to visit again!!!! Just beautiful work!!!
